Quick answers to the questions we hear most often.

Download PutOn from the App Store, open the app, and tap "Sign Up". Choose a Creator account to get started for free. Enter your name, username, email, and password — that's it.

Yes — creator accounts are completely free. Brand accounts require a subscription at $100/month.

Go to your profile, tap the settings icon (⚙️) in the top right, and toggle on "Private Profile". When your profile is private, only approved followers can see your posts.

On the account type selection screen, tap "Brand Account" then choose "Apply for Brand Access". Fill in your brand details — we review all applications manually and aim to respond within 48 hours. If approved, you'll receive an activation code by email to complete your signup.

On the account type selection screen, tap "Brand Account" then choose "I Have an Activation Code". Enter your code to verify it, then fill in your brand details and create your account.

You can cancel directly from the app: go to Settings, scroll to the Subscription section, and tap "Cancel Subscription". Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months.

We'll automatically retry your payment over the next 3 days. You can also update your payment method in the app under Settings → Subscription → Update Payment Method. If you're still having trouble, email us at [email protected].

Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". This will permanently delete your profile, posts, and all associated data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. If you have an active brand subscription, please cancel it first.

Tap the ⋮ menu on any post or profile and select "Report". Choose a reason and submit — our team reviews all reports. For urgent concerns, email [email protected] directly.

Email us at [email protected] with the subject "Data Request" and we'll send you a copy of your personal data within 30 days, as required by applicable privacy law.
